Complaints and comments
Although Liverpool PCT aims to commission and provide the highest quality of services, sometimes it may be necessary for you to contact us about a service. We welcome your feedback as it helps us to improve our services and if things have gone wrong, we will try to put things right and make improvements.
Patient records
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 patients are entitled to copies of their information, such as medical records, for a fee.
