Liverpool Primary Care Trust has a reputation as a national exemplar for stakeholder engagement with its efforts encompassing community engagement, consultation, patient participation, supporting BME communities and hard to reach groups and the development of practice based commissioning.
We are deeply committed to involving local people in the development of health care services. This means keeping Liverpool residents informed about health services in their area, consulting local communities about planned changes to health services, and involving communities when decisions are being made which will affect how health services are provided.
