Walk For Health

Walk for Health Liverpool is a series of short,  A group of men and women enjoying a supervised walk, they are passing the Tate Gallery
led guided walks around the parks and open spaces of Liverpool. There are 14 walks per week, taking place during at daytimes, evenings and weekends, so there should be one to suit your lifestyle.

All the walks are free, led by qualified Walk Leaders. They're all less than one hour in duration and no more than two miles in length. You can  walk entirely at your own pace and can stop and start as much as you like

You don’t need to book a place, just turn up on the day in comfortable clothing and footwear. Walk for Health is a great way to get fit, see new places and meet new friends.
